There is a shower room, a cloakroom with and another second lower ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The living spaces include an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area, a separate kitchen, a second lower ground-floor gym, a second lower ground-floor swimming pool and a second lower-ground-floor games room. Outside there is off-road parking for five cars and three private balconies. Sorry, no pets or smoking. You can find a shop and pub within in 0.6 miles.
