If you are looking for a base near Monaco, for your seminars or your vacation, you will appreciate this accommodation for 2 people.
Completely renovated, this 25m2 studio will welcome you with a comfortable 160x190 bed, an equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Located in a central position, you will have easy access to all sites and amenities. Be careful, however, to access the accommodation you will have to climb a few steps.

The area where the apartment is located is residential, so it is quiet compared to road traffic. Stairs are near the apartment and give you direct access to the city center where you will have all the amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. Please note, however, that the apartment is located in an area with many stairs.
You are on the border of Monaco so you can also benefit from the amenities of Monaco also accessible by stairs. You are not far from the principality's bus network.
The apartment is on a street accessible only by stairs, there are 57 steps to get to the building and the apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.
This apartment is therefore not recommended for people with mobility problems.
You will like this accommodation for its centrality, its functionality, its careful decoration and the air conditioning in summer.

a pretty fitted kitchen where you will find all the cooking essentials and cutlery, an oven, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster

-The apartment is an 18-minute walk from Monaco Train Station
- Bus number 18 from Beausoleil takes you to the area around Beausoleil Town Hall a few minutes from the apartment, it also serves Monaco station.
- You can access Monaco on foot by taking the stairs which go down to the center and which allow you quick accessibility. The climb is a little harder but escalators have recently been built in the town of Beausoleil which makes it easier to get around.
- The airport bus drops you off in front of the Monaco tourist office in the Casino area where you can pick up bus 18
- The distance from Nice Airport to the apartment by car is 34 minutes
Be careful there are very few free spaces on the street. You will therefore have to park your car at the Parking de la Libération - avenue de la République in Beausoleil
There is no parking with the apartment and you will have to park in the street in the paid spaces or in the free car park which is located near the Beausoleil town hall
Cleaning fees include cleaning and rental of sheets and towels
