22 Morlan Terrace, a semi-detached house, consists of a kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with dining seating for 6, a sitting room with a TV, and a conservatory/snug with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a one doubles, one twin and one small double. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail, and a WC and cloakroom with a basin and WC. Outside, there is a front garden with a lawn. Enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio, decking, furniture, and a swing chair, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. There is a highchair, stair gate, and travel cot available. Guests can find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub within 0.5 and a beach within 0.9. Enjoy a memorable escape to Carmarthenshire at 22 Morlan Terrace. Note: the twin - will become a kingsize and singe bed as of 11 Nov 2024 the bedroom

The golf club is renowned for offering all year round sport, no matter what the weather throws at you, and the sandy beach is equally delightful on hot summer, or wild stormy winter days. The harbour is a hive of activity, where you can sit and watch the fishermen return to shore with their fish laden boats. The Millennium Coastal Park with its 22kms of off road cycletrack runs along this beautiful coastline, allowing walkers and cyclists alike to discover one of the most scenic routes in Wales. For the shoppers in your party, Carmarthen is a vibrant shopping centre, with lots of main chain stores plus small, unique Welsh gift shops, lovely restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, a bowling alley and a cinema for film buffs. Llanelli offers a great range of out of town shopping, a modern cinema, a theatre and a leisure centre, as well as a Nicklaus-designed modern links golf course.
