Your family will be delighted while staying in one the most desirable and secluded parts of Snowater! With a river viewyet very close to the community recreational amenities, (and an EV charging station!), this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse style condo has it all! Upon stepping inside, you'll discover 1 bedroom on the main floor with 1-full sized bed and 1-set of standard-sized bunk bedsperfect for the kiddos, as well as plenty of closet space. There's also 1-full bath (a rarity among the 2-bedroom condos at Snowater), a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher and a pass-through to the living/dining area, plus a small wet bar area tucked under the stairwell in the hallway. A combination living and dining area features a dining table with four chairs (perfect for playing games), a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a flat-screen monitor with Firestick TV, and a balcony where you can sit and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the sights and sounds of the river rushing by. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Don't forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, NO exceptions) wifi equipped*and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas, a children's play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement).
