You can do everything on foot, the marina, shops, restaurants and the beach are just a stone's throw away! Explore the wild coast and treat yourself to an invigorating getaway!
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it has a pleasant and bright living room with a 140 sofa bed, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a large sunny balcony.
A parking lot attached to the building is at your disposal in free space.
The daily market of Pouliguen is surrounded by all the necessary shops. Benoît beach extends into the bay known as the most beautiful bay in Europe! Swimming, long walks and water sports are all yours. On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also go for a bike ride and zip between the coastal paths and the small towns of character of the Côte d'Amour!
After that, you will have well deserved to taste the famous niniches! For a change of scenery, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometers away.
