The property was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and had an amazing view.
First of all we was disappointed that all the wood for the Hot tub/fire was damp, so when it came to lighting the fire it was just smoking and the wood wasn’t burning which left an awful
Lot of smoke in the cabin this then brought it to our attention that the smoke alarm didn’t work, we called the host right away and the problem for the fire got resolved as we was given fresh dry wood but the smoke alarm however did not we was told “it will be fixed tomorrow” which in a health and safety aspect this is appalling. After settling down from the hot tub we decided to get in the shower, the pressure of the showering was appalling and trickled out small amounts of water. We then went to watch tv on the evening and couldn’t get on Netflix as it said they was no internet connection, we then called the host to explain the issue about the WiFi as we was not told Upon arrival they wasn’t WiFi. The host told us I’m sorry there’s no WiFi. This was another downfall to this lodge. This lodge has been wrongly advertised and poor communication from the host as when we called to say about the WiFi and the shower the problems where then getting brushed off they had no interest in resolving these problems we was told the director will give us a call tomorrow as she wanted to “terminate” the phone call

Loved the location, the pod was well equipped. Very peaceful
Would of liked full concrete from hot tub to ramp as stones hurt and brought mess into the pod.
Pond had oily brown scum on it so couldn't see fish near pod.
Clear and printed instructions on how to use fire and hot tub water heater.
Bed needs screwing down as moved alot.
Skylight in wrong position as too bright in the morning (def needs a black out blind).
Water pump for fish needs to be turned off 11pm to 8am.
