The perfect location, less than one block from Duval Street, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house will amaze you with its extraordinary decor and attention to detail. Sit on the fabulous island style porch and enjoy the classic Key West scenery.

As you enter the main two-story house, you are greeted by a large open floor plan with Greek-style columns framing each area. The entrance level hosts a comfortable sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and adjacent half-bath. Across the room is a spacious breakfast nook with a large window peering onto the front porch. Just behind is the kitchen, which includes a double door refrigerator with an ice-maker, dishwasher, glass-top stove, garbage disposal, Corian counter tops, and marble back splash.

Light pours through the 10-foot glass doors into the expansive, luxurious Great Room that is surrounded by the lush tropical garden. Hardwood floors throughout the home blend beautifully with the elegantly appointed high-end furnishings. Enjoy the six-person formal dining suite just steps away from the stylish living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. You will appreciate the distinct details, including a backlit stained glass mural in the ceiling, which adds the perfect ambiance to this romantic space.

Walk out the through the glass doors to your very own heated pool with a hand-crafted stone fountain built in. Comfortable padded lounge chairs surround this tropical paradise with various assorted bromeliads, traveler palms, and tropical orchids. Equipped with an outdoor shower with a solid wood privacy screen and gas Weber BBQ grill, this outdoor living area is the perfect place to relax and entertain.

Across from the pool area in its own private wing of the house is an airy, spacious, private primary bedroom with French doors that open up to the pool/garden area. This room features a high-quality Serta king bed with down duvet, TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, and an intimate bath with a marble shower. This large primary bath with a stunning glass block wall also features a full-size Maytag stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs in the main house are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and TV; and the other with a queen bed and TV/DVD. A tropically-infused large common area shared by the two bedrooms has cozy seating with a sofa and chairs, as well as a beautifully detailed full bath. Casa Loca is outfitted with the finest luxury linens, down comforters, and thick beach and bath towels. An iron and ironing board, central A/C, and additional room A/C units complete this exclusive, one-of-a-kind estate in the heart of Old Town Key West!

Parking in Key West is very limited. If you have a vehicle you are responsible for finding your own parking. If you rent a car and drive from Miami you may want to consider returning your car once you are in Key West. There is no assigned parking for this property.

The house is beautiful! Very clean and just like the pictures. The location was everything. Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We had the best girls/birthday getaway. Would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Perfect house for your trip in Key West! We had 6 people, a baby, and a dog and the wide open floor plan was perfect for us all to hang out! The roperty manager was extremely kind and quick to resolve any Qs we had or things we needed! Would absolutely book again!

The house exceeded expectations in so many ways. The house was very clean, beautiful on the inside and having the pool was a nice addition. This was a great stay and great location! However, I could not give a 5 star because of the fact that there is no reserved parking and you are forced to pay $40 per day for public parking 2 blocks away. Loading and unloading luggage was a big inconvenience. Also, bad water stains on drywall in the stairwell from water damage.

This was such a wonderful spot. The location was walking distance to everything, no scooter or golf cart needed! The pool was sparkling clean, fresh towels available & ready for a dip when we arrived. The house included soap, toilet paper, paper towels & the kitchen basics. Surprised to find both kinds of coffee makers, some creamer and a few extras. Check in was a breeze!

Absolutely loved this house! Incredible Key West charm, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect! Seemingly steps from Duval, but nearly silent when inside the house. I was shocked to find the house sits next to our favorite restaurant, where we had made reservations prior to arriving. After having stayed here I’d be hard pressed to stay anywhere else. Check-in-and-out was seamless.

I was in town with a group of friends and Casa Loca was the perfect location for our group. There was adequate sleeping space for the guys, the pool was exceptionally clean and relaxing, and it was very close to nearby attractions. Would definitely book this location again with a large enough group if in Key West again.

We had a very great experience. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The location was on a quiet side street very close to Duval. We walked to everything. There was plenty of hot water for all 8 of us. Lots of clean towels. I would definitely stay there again but next time I would bring a sheet to cover the stained couch. It is way past its prime and needs to be replaced. Overall, highly recommended!

The house was in a great location; we were able to walk most anywhere. Only 1 day rented 6 person "golf cart". We had trouble with some lights working, but not major. Did wish lights for pool worked. Cleanliness was our problem - fans very dusty - master bedroom fan left black pieces on bed if on high and same for fan above table by front door. The pool didn't look clean & we couldn't do ourselves because skimmer wasn't clean. We weren't informed about the dish washer being broken. Actually rinsed dishes and put them in, turned on,went to bed. In morning didn't have clean dishes. Now we know why there was food pieces in dishwasher to begin with. If we were informed, we would have washed intially, would have been easier. The house was beautiful but no privacy for the master bedroom. From living room chair you can look right into the bedroom bed. Master Bathroom was also beautiful but large window shade didn't come to the bottom of window with pool & lounge chairs on other side. On another note, upstairs bathroom window didn't open and looked like water damage on header by stairs. The price was not cheap so the issues we had were unexpected. Called about the dishwasher, was told someone would come look the next day but were never informed further.

The house was beautiful with a great floor plan. The location was perfect. Parking is extremely limited. We were lucky and found a spot on the side street. This was not a problem since most things are within walking distance, and we didnt’t use the car the whole time we were there. Ubers are readily available if you prefer not to use your car since parking is limited throughout Key West.
