The villa is located a few steps from the historic centre of Svoboda nad Úpou, where restaurants, shops, bowling and ski, bike and scooter rental await you. The ski bus to the ski resort Černá hora Pec stops just 200 metres from the house.
The interior of the villa offers several accommodation options. A suite with kitchen for 8 to 10 people, two to four bed rooms with a children's corner and the possibility of renting the whole house. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property and two large multimedia televisions with Netflix and YouTube Premium subscription. A stylish kitchen room is used for sitting and breakfast, and there is also a ski storage room, two washing machines and two dishwashers. Parking is provided in the private lot in front of the house.
