This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 10 guests. There is NO smoking allowed. Please try to limit the number of vehicles to 5 cars total and park your cars in the garage or in the driveway

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, family neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm – 9am each day. Quiet hours apply especially to our outdoor areas (hot tub, patios). If you can't keep it way down outside after 10pm, PLEASE bring it inside to respect our neighbors, as they have been known to call the authorities (no one want to deal with that!)
- According to Incline Village Laws, ALL TRASH MUST be placed in our Bear Box to prevent access by wildlife. PLEASE DO NOT leave any trash or trash cans outside of the home, or there will be FINE OF $1000.
- The recycling bin can ONLY be placed outside of the home on Tuesday mornings starting at 5am, and brought in once same day once it's been collected by Waste Management. NO FOOD WASTE can be place in the recycling bin or there will be a FINE OF $1000.
- Due to Washoe County Regulations, no more than 4 vehicles are permitted to be parked at the property (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage). NO STREET PARKING is permitted
- No RVs or trailers may be parked on the street or driveway due to Incline Village code enforcement—violation WILL RESULTS IN A $500 FINE
- Please do not allow children in the elevator unsupervised—it is not for playing
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Please park all vehicles in the driveway when possible, not on the street
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund. - Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ and fire pit after use
- To help us preserve cleanliness of the hot tub, please rinse off prior to use
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
- Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time
