Estancia correcta.

- Ubicación. - Personal amable y profesional. - Habitación limpia. - Desayuno correcto (8 euros).

- Se oye absolutamente todo de las habitaciones colindantes. Nosotros llevábamos tapones. - Independiente de ser una hostería del siglo XV, tanto la habitación como el baño necesitan una gran actualización y modernización. Es una pena que no se haya adaptado a los tiempos. La relación calidad-precio no se corresponde. - Está bien para pasar una noche.

Precioso

Viajamos con nuestro hijo,la única pega que puedo poner es que no tiene ascensor ,tuvimos que subir las maletas y el carrito del niño a mano , tampoco tenían cuna, aunque nos facilitaron cama de matrimonio y fue un poco incómodo dormir con él en la misma cama, menos mal que fue solo una noche. Por lo demás ,tanto personal,ubicación y en si la hostería es fantástico. Mantienen la decoración de una hostería y es precioso. Para un viaje romántico y tal es el ideal.

Un salto nel passato e nella bellezza

La location è incredibile. Letti comodi, Wi-Fi perfetto, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La fonte battesimale è affascinante ed emana ancora un’aura di sacralità con la sua acqua cristallina. Il chiostro è una vera bomboniera! Una sensazione di pace ti avvolge durante la notte.

Peccato che proprio un tesoro come la fonte battesimale, sia completamente abbandonato e non curato! Con cacche di piccione e ragnatele sull’unica balaustra su cui potresti poggiarti per apprezzarlo! Se le camere distaccassero per modernità e funzionalità, tornerei qui ogni anno! C’è proprio bisogno di una rivoluzione!

Cute, traditional Spanish, parking outside, pet friendly and no extra charge for pet, lovely breakfast, friendy staff, air conditioning, great location. For budget very good.

Room quite small, one plug socket did not work, door lock needs adjustment.

Edificio con encanto, ubicación excepcional y precio adecuado

El edificio es precioso y la ubicación excepcional. El desayuno (es correcto) se sirve en el patio, muy tranquilo. Además, admiten mascotas (gratis) y eso para los que viajamos con perro está genial. El personal muy amable. La habitación no era muy grande pero la cama cómoda

Es cierto que el edificio es antiguo y tiene encanto pero eso no impide que se haga alguna modernización, sobre todo en los baños, el nuesto era minúsculo.

Beautiful historic building with very friendly staff

History can be felt in this hotel. It’s a very old but beautiful small hotel. The building is well maintained and all the necessary amenities are available except for an elevator. The staff is really friendly and the hotel is close to the city centre but in a quiet neighbourhood on the riverside.

Nothing really, although the absence of an elevator, might be a negative point for some. On the other hand, that would destroy the antique integrity of the building…

A good hotel to experience traditional architecture.

Friendly staff, historical buildings, went back time decorations, close location.

For three people, the additional bed they provided has an uncomfortable mattress. Parking could be a challenge when the city has event. The AC and the fridge is VERY LOUSY.

A charming hotel in a very pleasant and interesting city.

A rather delightful hotel, full of character, in a lovely position about twenty yards from the River Duero, but with easy access to the centre of a charming city. The fact that the rooms are set round an internal courtyard makes for quietness. The facilities were good, with hot water for shower and shaving, and a good breakfast in a spacious room lined with pictures. Staff always polite and helpful.

No light over the washbasin made shaving rather approximate!

A charming, authentic building surrounded by history. A great place to visit.

The location was superb, with the river across the road and the historic buildings all close by. We love the ambience community vibe and the medieval festival that was taking place in town. Our whole stay was amazing! Totally loved Zamora.

Pretty building

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff, beautiful old building, very central for the historic Zamora, rooms were nice with comfortable beds and good a/c. Good for a 3 stars hotel. Reasonable priced

Breakfast was acceptable but I would have like better quality on the products. Tortilla was good but everything else was ok. Disappointed with the pastries, factory bought and not particularly nice. Coffee again ok but I would have liked better quality. Our room was on the top of the hotel so 2 sets of stairs. Again ok but might be a problem for some people.

Exceptional

This is a lovely historic building in a great location close to the sights and main facilities. Pet friendly. There is parking nearby. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Raquel who told us about the history of the building and offered us a choice of rooms when we arrived with two dogs not on the booking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast in a beautiful room with excellent service. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Very good

It´s a very beautiful old building close to the city center. The staff is really friendly so we felt very comfi and got good advices to get to know the location.

There was a lot of mold on our wall from the air conditioner in the neighbour room i think. That was a bit disgusting but explainable in such an old house.

Great stay

It was amazing, the staff were very helpful and extremely nice, even when busy. They told me lots of info about the city and called the bus station for me. The hotel itself is super interesting with s cool history. The location is super nice, very close to the river and the tourist office. The beds were very nice and they gave me the least hot room in the hotel. I really liked it there, and would have loved to spend more time there.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, the days I was there it was rather hot, but they gave me an air-conditioning unit and it was fine.
