This place was so beautiful! Not only was the condo itself well maintained, but the views were amazing. I had gotten the 3 bed cause that was all that was left, but there was a change in plan and my brother in law came out as well so there was plenty of space for everyone (sleeps 8 there were 6 of us)

First time renting a condo was a good experience.

First, the condo looked nothing like it did in the pictures. The rooms were acceptable but the floors were dirty. Spiderwebs in multiple corners. The towel rack was barely hanging on to the wall in the guest bathroom and the wall was badly damaged aroung it like someone had took a hammer to it. The dining room table chairs were made out of some type of hard wicker and sitting on them was not an option. Very painful to the legs. The coffee pot didn't work, the lights at the tennis court across the street did not come on even tho we were told they came on at dark. The hot tub was always closed after dark even tho it didn't seem to be broken The location was perfect, close to the beach and to Orange Beach so that was a plus but as far as the condo itself, it could use some major TLC.

The hotel was right on the beach and quick access to everything. I would have like to seen breakfast service like most hotels.

My Wife and i spent our first honeymoon here and it was awesome. Five years later we return with the kids and it was great. Anything we ask for they provided. The pools were perfect. Access to the beach is great even provided us with umbrellas and beach chairs everyday of our stay. The condo was not just a room to sleep it has the personal touch of more than just corporate owned place. Even as we were leaving we already talking about our next stay ...and it will be "The Palacio"

This was my 4th stay at Palacio in 1 year and I have stayed in numerous condos there for 5 years. This Condo should be off the rental market. The furniture is old and smelly, minimum kitchen supplies, and only 2 chairs on the balcony for a condo that sleeps 4 people! I love Perdido Key but will not return to Palacio.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay while vacationing in Perdido Key I would definitely recommend this property. The condo was very clean and nicely outfitted with everything you need. Access to the beach was an easy walk with the beach chairs being provided for free. Perdido Key is an excellent choice for those who want all of the white sand without all of the tourist traps and traffic.

The property was nice! Right there on the beach with pool option but the cleanliness of the actual room was poor

Loved the ocean view, quick access to pool and beach. Condo was very clean and quite nice.
Dishwasher did not work right and was difficult to load with the oven door handle being in the way. There were not enough parking spaces, especially handicapped. Gate to pool was not handicapped accessible.

We enjoyed everything about the property, location to the beach, and communication with the staff. Our room was excellent and exceeded what we expected.
The 2 areas for improvement would be the elevators were not clean. It's one of the first things you see on entry and could be better. Our room had a leaky kitchen faucet which was in need of repair.

Smell of mold hit us when we entered the unit. I am extremely allergic to mild. Had no recourse since there is no one at the front desk on the weekends. Got so bad when it rained that we moved to a Marriott Courtyard. Feel like we were screwed out of at least 5 days of the rental fee since we prepaid for this condo. Won’t do that again!! The TV was also screwed up getting blurry periodically on every channel and didn’t get ESPN so we had to go to a local bar to watch the Missouri game. Cost us an extra $50. Complained but don’t know if it was ever fixed since we moved to the Marriott. Finally, we went down to the beach but the beach chairs were all locked up. We were promised 2 deck chairs. Another major disappointment! Bottom line: Wyndham sucks! Thank God for Marriott!

This was one of the finest and nicest property's that we have stayed at and we have been coming to this area for the last ten years at this time!

Plenty of room for our family of six overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Updated appliances, warm pool and easy access to the beach with two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Washer and dryer were wonderful and plenty of towels for our family. We ate every meal on the balcony overlooking the water which was a treat. It was really hard to come home. The only criticism we had was the curtains were a bit dirty and one of the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year.

We stayed in Unit 1702. It was updated and well maintained. This is not like staying at a hotel, so plan to not have assistance at a front desk after hours or on the weekend. It is more like having your own personal condo/apartment at the beach. There are several good restaurants in the area, and I would highly recommend Cafe Beignet across the street at least once for breakfast. There is a free DVD rental in the lobby, and each unit came with two beach chairs and an umbrella daily. We were there during the in-between time: after tourist season and before the snowbirds return (mid-October). We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves several times. Fishing was also pretty good right off the beach. Groceries stores are very close, and they even have shopping carts to take your bags up to your unit. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation of 6 adults and one infant. Really enjoyed condo 1205. Clean, updated very spacious unit. Tons of storage space. No problems with elevators. Great beach access. Not a negative thing to say about this condo or the area of our stay!
