Fantastic little gem! Very clean and up to date with good service! Friendly staff, great food and all the amenities! Beach was great! Lots of families with young kids, but the kids club was packed because it was so good!

I enjoyed my stay at Potidea Palace as this was my second year. Compare to the prior year this time I was not as impressed with the service. I called multiple times for our mini fridge that was not working and had my kids medication that needed refrigerated but no one stopped by to check it. The room sheets were not changed for the whole stay but the room was fixed everyday. Also, we scheduled an appointment for our complimentary spa but the first appointment their pool was not ready and had to reschedule for the next day which was no problem for us but we had the same issue the pool was half full and was dirty. We decided to cancel it and did not go back. The thing that we enjoyed the most more than the prior year was the night entertainment and the many activities that they had for the kids of different ages. My boys participated in many of the activities such as water polo, basketball, soccer (football) and their activity team this year was the best and will definitely miss them. They made our stay wonderful and my kids can’t stop talking of how much fun they had.

Really fancy hotel, amazing service from cleaning ladles to bar and Beach staff clear sea,be ready to walk a lot from /to room huge hotel complex, family hotel mostly, staff knows basic English, food is same every day tasty but should work on variety for 5* hotel, love their desserts, but dinning area has bad AC,kids disco is every night 8:30pm after that hotel should or find some entertainment for family or adults in general, its boring,if you like to stay up late night and the last kids club is on side not in central area by pools or bars so you have to be all the time with little ones :( over all 4* for me and would like to come again in future
Enjoy people greece is relaxing

Very poor service at reception
4.0 / 10.0
Our family of four stayed here 7 nights in August.
THE GOOD:
Great location by the beach. Great cocktails with branded spirits (not the cheap local stuff). Good buffet. Generally a good balance between peace and quiet and entertainment.
THE BAD:
- The beds!!! the mattress for the pull-out double bed for the kids (room 416) was VERY uneven. You need a very crooked back to sleep properly on a bed like this. We complained about the bed twice in the reception and all they did was to place an additional mattress on top. In addition, the double bed in the "master" bedroom was elevated in the middle with and angling to both sides which mean that it was very difficult to sleep arm-in-arm as a couple. Not sure if the bed is supposed to be like this or it's a fault.
- The mirror in the bathroom needs to be replaced. And there are still some visible expansion foam around the door frame.
- Three times, when we asked the reception to bring our luggage to the room, order us a taxi, and fix the children's bed we were left waiting for more than half an hour and still nothing had happened. The ask you to sit and wait in the lounge area in the reception and then forget all about you.
- The hotel has two bars and a huge outdoor area. Despite all this space, there is not a single quiet zone to be found anywhere in the evenings. Music is blasting from speakers everywhere. On several evenings, most of the guests sat as far as way from the speakers as they could! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU

The hotel is excellent, the reception is very friendly, good service, clean rooms, good meals and free drinks.

The resort was unbelievably clean! The buffet was good. The only problem that to dine at the restaurant you need to pay. I've been to many all inclusive resorts and usually you have 2-3 times restaurant for free. The Wi-Fi was available almost anywhere at the resort.

The hotel is on a lovely stretch of beach and benefits from a beautiful view on the sunset. The hotel is very clean and very well kept, the rooms were spotlessly clean.
However, for the price, the location was not that good. There is virtually nothing to do within close proximity. There is a town which you can take a taxi to but not very much there.
The food didn't really meet expectation. It was never hot and the choice wasn't very good either. Very strange combinations and food labels were very unclear. On one occasion, there was 'noddles with vegetables' but it contained chicken. Prawn crackers covered in a mussel, seafood sauce. There is an additional restaurant on site which if you stay in a room, there is additional charge. If you stay in a suite this is free. However, if like us you are upgraded to a suite, you do not get free access to the restaurant. The food there includes a menu which you can order from. Great if you love seafood. You can also choose from the buffet, this is almost the same as the main restaurant but the food is kept in big metal serving trays with lids. The main restaurant would be smart to employ the same in order to keep food hot. Not really worth the extra 20 Euro pp but we were desperate for some hot food. We did not really see any adult entertainment, the children's entertainment seemed to take the spotlight every evening. In all, great hotel if you want to sit on the beach everyday, soak up the sun and see some beautiful sunsets.

We started bad as our checking in took so long. The staff was always polite and helpful. They immediately started our all-inclusive plan and did not terminate it till we leave the facility at around 6pm on the check-out day. It's a classical 4-star, not as luxurious as a 5 but not as modest as a 3. Food was good, pretty much variety was served. All bars around the beach and pool area were also generous, fast-serving and free of charge. Minibar in the rooms were preety unsatisfactory though. Rooms were too small but clean and cosy. Animations and shows were OK. Thanks to the team for their tremendous effort they put to host us...

We came from Germany and New York for a low key family holiday. The staff, especially at the restaurant, the animators, front desk and pool bar were best in class at service, attentiveness and courteousness. They helped make our vacation special. I recommend tipping the staff of you enjoyed their services. Many are pursuing higher education and they were most appreciative. I would also use the hotel taxi for the transfers as it was cheaper than the airport.

Very clean, wonderful entertainment team (Maria, Vivien), the location manager and chef very attentive and greeting everyone every day, overall location very nice with beautiful garden, beach facilities ok, water very good, water sport prices high.
Food was good and varied, drinks as well.
The only minuses I see are the wifi, very poor and slow and maybe traffic limitted per device. Secondly, tv channels could be more varied.
