To describe better, a Motel 6 might have been more appealing. No offense, but for the price. Atmosphere felt unsafe, the room lacked effort to offer comfort to the sight, the furnishing inspired on a yard sale, the window was missing many blind blades, so no way to close them, and the tv remotes were not working peopey. I felt as if I was staying in an alley hotel and decided to find another place after 15 min. of arrival.

The place has four walls, a bathroom, a mattress, refrigerator, and a window a/c unit. That's about all I can say for it. "Spartan" would be a generous adjective. Dingy older building; musty smell in the "condo"; shower was TINY and leaked horribly when using the detachable shower head. Did not have warm water one of the mornings.
If this had been called a "private room in hostel" and the price had been 50% what I paid, it would have been an acceptable value.
