The only issue I had at this hotel was neither young lady at the front desk knew how to accept a cash payment, which wasn’t the end of the world, but then neither chip reader worked for the card machines, and then it wouldn’t accept payment by swiping either. The desk clerk finally input the card number number manually, and it accepted payment. She graciously gave me a snack from the grab and go area for all the trouble. They were both very sweet and trying really hard, but equipment just wasn’t cooperating. Maybe some training is needed to accept cash payments as well. I would still come back, though. The facility is beautiful and our room was super clean, which is always really important to me. Overall, great facility!

The property is brand new and, as a result, has some relatively minor issues: the TV did not work for us. We could not reach the stations that we usually like to watch, eg: ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. Several rooms in the property had the same issue. I was told I would have a small discount for the problem, that did not happen. Also, the Keurig was not plugged in and could not be plugged in where iit was located. We moved it to what should be the desk area over the kneehole so using my laptop was inconvenient. This was either an architect's error or something that should have been on a punch list prior to opening the property. Also, "breakfast available" is not the same as "breakfast included" and that was one of my filters "breakfast included". Very misleading.

First time staying here and was impressed with the cleanliness and how courteous staff was. Excellent stay, will return again.

The front desk attendant was also responsible for bar and food service, while the only other employee was handling all cooking tasks. This understaffing clearly frustrated the employees, and the lack of self-service options only exacerbated the problem. There was no coffee available in lobby, and the water station without cups. The hotel's eco-friendly policies, while well-intentioned, made access to basic amenities more difficult. Additionally, check-in was delayed due to internet issues. As a new establishment, the hotel still needs to resolve these operational challenges.

Location by airport is practical for an early morning flight. Door closure by escalator making banging noise is something to look at, understood that the door itself helps reduce the elevators noise from being heard on the floor and especially rooms close by.

Brand new property. It felt like we were the first guests to use the room. The whole property smelled new! Great airport location for our early morning flight.

Also the shower never got above warm. Hopefully they will get this fixed as it is a new hotel and probably working out some kinks. Staff was good but should probably discontinue conversation with other staff member when checking someone into hotel
