About this apartment rental
Situated on the Baltic Sea on a narrow headland between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the expanse of the Baltic Sea, this holiday apartment boasts a direct waterfront location and breathtaking sea views from the entire living and dining area as well as the master bedroom. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few hundred metres away. The beautiful areas around the house invite you to sunbathe and linger. In front of the windows, sailing ships sail in through the harbour entrance and create a holiday feeling.
The south-facing orientation of the spacious terrace directly on the marina promises a wonderful view of the sun all day long, while the wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensure pleasant comfort at any time of year. The large Finnish sauna offers moments of wellness after a long walk on the beach.
The unique architecture with impressively high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows creates an unforgettable holiday experience, as the water is close enough to touch. The organic construction with lime plaster ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine literally ground you. The furnishings are of high quality and the design is unique; natural stone, dark wood and natural materials such as rattan and leather characterise this refreshing colonial style with souvenirs from all over the world. Each room also has a different natural wall colour. The completely mirrored windows create maximum privacy.
The bedrooms offer plenty of space for sleeping and dreaming. The master bedroom has a fantastic sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei). Each bedroom is equipped with an additional flatscreen TV.
The open-plan eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, as it is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.
The natural stone shower room made of Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna and handmade washbasins made of river stone. A guest WC provides additional comfort.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.
Designed at ground level, this holiday apartment also offers guests with limited mobility full holiday comfort.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in this holiday apartment.
This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor.
Our favourite place: relaxing on the sofa, taking in the beautiful space and looking out over the water.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay.
