W we would have never guessed we had picked the best place to stay in Maui! Once we arrived we were taken back by the Beauty, the accommodations, close beach, close market and great dining places and the amazing ataff. This is where we will call home whenever we come to Maui- we stumbled on the best place we have ever been while In Maui! We highly recommend for all who come to Maui looking to enjoy a true paradise! 5 stars all around!!!

Awesome stay for our little family. The hotel manager was incredibly hospitable and the hotel staff had excellent recommendations for children’s gear rentals. The condos have everything you need! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This place was so lovely. From the outside I was a bit skeptical but do not worry, this place is a gem. It was perfect for our needs. Our room was newly remodeled and very clean. If you can, get the ocean view or partial ocean view. Almost all the rooms fit this bill but one building is tucked behind another and though it had its own small pool area I don’t think the view/location was quite as nice. We stayed in an upstairs ocean view one bedroom and our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 elementary age kids) fit perfectly. There was a fully appointed kitchen so make that grocery run before you arrive because the restaurant options are a bit limited in the immediate area. There are bbqs in the common space for guest use. There was no cleaning services but the staff would bring new sheets or towels quickly after a text and the room was well stocked to keep everything tidy. Beach towels were provided and traded out for clean ones as needed. There is also coin laundry on site. From your room you can be down to the beach in less than a minute. The snorkeling was great. We saw tons of beautiful fish and even sea turtles in Napili bay. The staff were wonderful and easy to deal with. They communicated by text which I found incredibly convenient. I hope we can stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The staff was so nice! We stayed in rooms 218,115,117 with two other couples and we were all so happy with everything. From the clean, comfortable rooms to the genuine staff to the beautiful beach just steps away! The property manager, Ravi was so attentive, nice and works so hard making sure everyone and everything is perfect. He never stops. We would see him well before opening hours and closing hours helping and checking on things every day. Ravi is a gem! All three rooms were well stocked with everything you need and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were super quiet and very peaceful! The maintenance guy was very helpful and nice as well! This place is a 10/10. I highly recommend staying there. Our family will be back. We would love to go back with our kids and grandkids next time. Kid friendly and safe.

Wonderful location just steps away from the beach. Our "garden view" room was wonderfully secluded from the other guests and the business of the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yoga twice during the week and a lovely breakfast on Friday - that was not advertised and over the top! Excellent resort library. The room had everything we needed - big fridge w/icemaker, comfortable bed, excellent lanai for reading and relaxing. Pool was a few feet away.

Loved the property, it was close to the beach and the Sea House Restaurant was walking distance on the sand. Small condominium / private ownership that has a home feeling, but the price should be lower. Too expensive for what it is. Top of it all, you pay a hectic cleaning fee, and they expect tips. WOW!!! Also, lots of family and kids around. Definitely not a honeymoon getaway. No sidewalks next to the streets, and it is difficult to walk through the neighborhood if you need to pick up a few items from the grocery. I do not like to drive everywhere when I'm on vacation. When you get there, you are stuck on the beach which is great if that's what you planned. I did :) Paddleboarding is quite expensive too and you have to carry your rented board about 5-10 minutes on a not too friendly pathway. The turtles are very cute and friendly (they are playful also)!

"We had an exceptional experience thanks to Ravi's outstanding hospitality! Despite arriving after office hours, he warmly welcomed us and remained in touch throughout our stay. His prompt responses to our inquiries made us feel valued and supported. The property exceeded our expectations, offering a range of thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary yoga class and breakfast, and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, dishes, and a large fridge with an internal water dispenser. The spacious bathroom was well-stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The laundry room's courtesy soap was a lovely touch. With the resort's beachfront location, swimming pool, and BBQ facilities, we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our garden view room was a lovely bonus. Ravi's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction made all the difference. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Our stay at the Napili Surf Beach Resort was simply wonderful! My daughter wanted to give six out of five stars! Room There are two different categories of rooms: "bedroom only" or "studio". The bedroom only is larger than the studio and will sleep up to five guests. We wanted to cook and selected a studio. Our daughter slept on the pullout couch (very comfortable!). The hotel consists of four buildings, three with ocean view, one set back with just "garden view". All garden view rooms are studios, the ocean view buildings have both. All rooms have a "lanai" or balcony. In one or two cases, these can be closed off as an additional room but in general they are open. All rooms have been beautifully redecorated recently with modern furnishings and appliances. Though we had a studio with the "less glamourous" garden view it was perfect! Hotel or Motel One guest complained about it actually being a motel. Frankly, he is right. For us it was a great advantage. The car is right outside the door. When entering or leaving the hotel, there are no long corridors to traverse. You are in or out in a jiffy! The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the restaurant "Kitchen 5315" in the resort next door is excellent! The prices are economical (especially for Hawaii) and they offer a lot of Hawaiian dishes. There is a reception and the people there are most happy to help with anything. There are also laundry machines for guest use. Expedia limits reviews to 1500 characters. Will continue

For what it is, this property was a winner - but realize that you 1) will need a car and 2) are not staying at a hotel, but are in a condo complex: no restaurant or bar options, no gift shop or mini mart, no personnel around the pool or otherwise to provide daily support. That being said, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped to allow a wide range of cooking tasks: complete professional knife set, full range of pots and pans, lovely Weber Genesis grill available. The complex itself walks right onto Napili beach, where you can find excellent snorkeling right off the beach. 2 swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs, never crowded. Each unit has its own balcony with table and chairs, just lovely to sit out and enjoy breakfast. Excellent value for what I needed. Grocery store is about a mile up the road. Easy drive, but not at all walkable. Easy check in and exceptionally strong communication throughout the reservation and check in / out process.

This property awesome! You walk right out the back door to the most beautiful cove that is a snorkeler’s Paradise. Beautiful fish and turtles! The property it self is so nice. So Convenient with the kitchen and all the things that you would need great barbecues on property with plenty of tables with seating in front of them for family and friends. Fridays are an extra plus with a complementary breakfast with homemade banana bread and local Hawaiian favorite dishes! Don’t worry if you didn’t bring an ice chest or beach chairs you literally can walk to a rental shop right next-door to the property! Trust me you will not be disappointed! Mahalo!

Amazing, intimate, and charming spot. The one bedroom floor plans are great with a well laid out kitchen overlooking the living room and bedroom separated from the living room by door sliders (no acoustic separation). Recently renovated and feels great inside. Open up lanai sliders and front door windows for nice cross breeze ventilation (we slept with open doors at night and felt safe). Nicely scaled and situated buildings around clean and tidy grounds with beautiful grass for babies to play on overlooking the ocean. Grills are popular for dinner and the manager/staff were a delight to interact with. Parking is tight but if you’re used to city driving then nothing to mention.

The bathroom and kitchen were generously stacked with everything we needed. The grounds were lovely and the unit very clean and comfortable. We had use of beach chairs and plenty of towels for the pool or beautiful beach. I highly recommend Castle Nāpili Surf Beach resort.

An absolute slice of paradise. The property truly feels like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return. The location is excellent with a market, restaurants & a fantastic coffee shop just a short walk away. This was our first trip to Maui and after numerous day trips & adventures, we always looked forward to returning to our unit to relax and watch whales spouting from the lanai.
