The entrance opens onto the vast living room of 55 m2: on the right the modern and fully equipped kitchen, on the left the bright and warm living room, then the cosy living room illuminated by the last rays of sunshine of the day.
You will have 3 comfortable bedrooms with storage space (2 double beds 140x200 and 2 single beds 90x200), a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet.
Originality of the villa: a well-insulated modular room, equipped with a desk with computer screen, a 140x190 sofa bed, children's games, a PS4 console and a 2nd television, can be used for teleworking, as a 4th bedroom or games room.
The adjoining veranda houses a relaxation area with garden furniture that you can enjoy in all seasons and in all weathers.
Take time to grill in the barbecue area (with gas plancha), located under a pergola dressed with a climbing rose bush and a vine.
For your vehicles, 4 private parking spaces are available in front of the house, at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The villa is located in a wooded residential area, not far from the pine forest, in the charming town of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, with a rich architectural and historical heritage.
Villeneuve faces Avignon on the other side of the Rhône, which can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus.
Commercial area with Leclerc hypermarket, gallery and commercial area, many restaurants, small shops, bakeries, ice cream parlour, fishmonger,... 4-5 minutes by car.
