A nice clean property was very disappointed to have too put our own sheets on the very difficult not much room beds we were very tired when we arrived after a long drive to have the beds made on arrival would have been better

We had a modern apartment with all the facilities you could need. It was very clean and tidy. The apartment was in a building which was accros the road from the main accommodations. Parking was not a lot but ok. The price for 1 night was of course sky high for this weekend due to the ongoing events (Zandvoort Grand Prix and a music festival)

Beautiful surroundings; cute, clean house; fantastic reception staff and lovely cleaning staff who did there best above and beyond to accommodate our unannounced early check in. Quiet, close to Noordwijkerhout centrum for restaurants, groceries and surrounded by nature. My nieces who visited for two nights enjoyed the swimming pool, the skelter wagons and the playground.

The rooms are small, but that's fine. It was surprised to find that there was no soap around in kitchen or even in the bath - and mortified when i head there were no towels. Apparently we have to pay €4.5 to rent towels. Why not just add that to room costs and avoid such petty transactions?

It was a bit small but located close enough to the flower fields. Clean, well taken care of with excellent parking. Not many restaurants to select from.

It is just a holiday hotel, we didn’t aware that hotel didn’t prepare the towel and soap, and other facilities. When my friend walk in the room I can hear what he did. That’s not good

With bikes everything was very reachable. Playground for the kids at the park which was great.
Accommodation was very comfortable with 2 adults and two children. Nice outside space with table and chairs.
With paying for a final clean, we still had to take off the sheets and clean dishes and take away trash, that was dissapointing.

At first sight the park looks very nice and well-kept. Unfortunately our appartment was it only at first sight. In every room there were hair from a dog. The floor also wasn't really clean. On the third day of our stay we found a mouse under the sink which left her dirt over all our staff in the cupboard.
We reported this directly at the front desk, but the whole week nothing has been done against it. Behind the kitchen cupboards the were other mice. We heard them in the evenings.
Also it has been very uncomfortable that every single seat in the appartement is plastic.
Over all, it therefore hasn't been a pleasant stay. unfortunately even at the check out nobody cares.

Very unfriendly staff, far away from the beach (45 min. walk), dirty, too expensive for these condicions

The houses felt brand-new, were very clean and spacious. The beach is a few km away, but can easily be reached by bike and there is cheap parking if you go by car. Bike rental is on site, staff is friendly and helpful. Bring your own towels. We had a great time!

This is more of a camping park atmosphere. You'll need to bring or buy some basic needs at a store. Understand that going in, that it's not a full service place. I didn't mind so i loved it. Also if planning to go to the city, a car is recommended. No buses or trains go there.

You really do have to bring everything with you--even towels! And without a car, it's very expensive to get there by taxi. From Leiden, it costs over 50EUR, for example. But for the right travelers, it could be a perfect place to stay!

Price indication on the website caused big misunderstanding. Additional 70 euros for cleaning !?

Lovely place to just chill out and relax with your family. Really clean place and staff are really friendly.
Not much around unless you have transport but the beach is only about a mile and a half and there is a shop and a few restaurants/ bars there as well.

Great little cottage for our family (5, 3 & 1). The kids were very disappointed that we stayed such a short time, but it was perfect for a quick getaway to view the tulip fields.

When searching on hotels.com and sorting by price, this place comes up very high on the list. what it doesnt tell you that there is a charge of $25 per person and another $28 euros for city tax (variable depending on the amount). End of the day I ended up paying 128 euros more than I initially budgeted for.
The main gate closes after 12 am in the night. So be watchful about that as well.
The location and cabins are nice, but I was really unhappy about them not declaring the price up front. why would you charge 25 euros per person cleaning charge on top of everything and then ask the guests to clean every little thing?
so the guest will have to clean the dishes, make sure overall the place is left clean, throw the garbage themselves, pick up all bed sheets and put them in a pillow cover. so basically the guest do all the work and they charge 100 euros on top of it (4 guests in my case, two kinds out of 4 guests). I dont recommend this place unless you know before hand what you are getting into.
recommendation to the managers: please be honest in declaring the real price during booking. in entire europe the taxes are always included, even in restaurant bills. why the heck was it not charged during the booking. .

Nice spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen in excellent condition. Bedrooms were pretty small. NO TOWELS provided although you could pay extra. Only one toilet roll and dishwasher tab: it would have been helpful to know this in advance so we could bring our own. Instead, we found a very handy Albert Heijn supermarket in the nearby town of Noordwijkerhout. The beach was a 20 minute walk along a bike/foot path. Keukenhof is 5 minutes away; Schipol airport an easy drive and Amsterdam centre is less than an hour away. All in all, a great place to stay.
