This is a gorgeous apartment in a very nice area of Cape Town. Rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable. Rooftop pool is lovely, even though it was too chilly to enjoy, the views for sunset were gorgeous. There was a small issue with the washing machine, but our representative took care of it very quickly! Highly recommend!

We stayed in apartment 201 in the building off of 4 Battery Cres. The apartment was stunning, clean, and had every possible amenity. The only complaint would be the pans which looked great but were useless for cooking as everything would stick to them even if you doused the pan in oil.
Thing to note, there are two buildings. The apartment you get can be either at 9 Main Rd or 4 Battery Cres. There is no front desk at the property and you have to communicate with Total Stay in order to be able to check in. I found this to be a little frustrating as I contacted them twice, eventually they sent me an email with a link to put in anticipated arrival. It was preset to 2200. I changed it to 1600. The next day as I'm driving, I check back in the link and it says 2200 again. I call the number provided and speak to someone at 1500 telling them we will be there in about an hour. I arrive at the hotel and no one is there to greet me. I call the number again and finally a very nice employee of Total Stay let's us in. However, there's more bad news, our apartment isn't clean yet as they thought we were checking in at 2200 despite me speaking to an employee about an hour prior. He says it will take 20 mins. We wait downstairs for 30-40 mins and apartment is ready.
The building offers free secured parking and is very safe in a beautiful area of Cape Town. Overall we were happy with the apartment but the check in and check out process needs some improvement.

House across the street had dogs that barked 24/7 and construction right outside the window. Only complaints were of items out of control of the property. Property was excellent, few cracks in the walls on Apt 102 but overall a great stay for an excellent price.

Elements Luxury Suites is a comfortable property, in a good location. The pool deck on the roof has amazing views. The apartments are clean, modern and provide all the mod cons for a busy life. However, the beds are not comfortable as the mattress is too soft. You sink in the mattress. Also, as it is a new building, there are still works on the building taking place so there is a fair amount of dust and noise. For the dust, a simple humidifier would do in the bedrooms.
I was rather disappointed that I did not get the apartment as shown in the photos. The photos are misleading as it only shows one apartment and I specifically choice Elements due to the size of the room and for the dining table that shows in the photos. Hotels.com should show a selection of images of each apartment to manage expectations as currently, it is misleading and disappointing as you expect to be in the apartment as the images show. Also, I was not made aware of a ZAR1,300.00 security deposit fee which I was only told at check-in. And finally, the address on the confirmation is not 100% accurate as the apartment I was in, is in a different building on a different street. Elements is based on 2 streets with 2 buildings hence full information on the different apartments with images would be a good idea, to manage expectations. Other than that, the apartment was perfect for my needs. Appreciated the auxiliary back-up power for the Wi-Fi during the load shedding
