It’s amazing!!!

I like the comfortability and the staff is very friendly.

The location is quite far to the town center. Also, it’s better if there’s a whole body mirror in every room 😁

A very satisfying accommodation with good customer service and hospitality.

Room is spacious and with large window views and the hotel offers several facilities (water, refreshments, massage chair, big lobby area) for stay-in guests.

In-house coffee shop not available during our visit.

Very good

I like that the room is clean and comfortable. It has mini fridge and kettle which are very useful. It has also BPI atm downstairs, which is great!I like the staffs are friendly and helpful and treat their guests equally foreign or local. Some part of El nido the establishment prefer to serve only white.Its a shame .I personally experienced this in Hub resto near frenz hostel.If you support racism go there otherwise skip that place.:)

The location is not in the center but tolerable.I mean you can walk but imagine doing this everyday :).There are two restaurants nearby but the options there is meh.

not bad for what it is

loved the property, very clean. spacious rooms, not too far from beach

the day time staff were awful. didn’t want to help us as we were British, laughing under their breath at us, speaking about us in their language, just not a nice environment. however carla, who works evenings was amazing.

Excellent stay.

First of all thank you so much to Carla with superb coordination , supportive, friendly and approachable during check in/extending our stay and check out she did very well on our rooms requirements. Her customer service ethics is highly commendable. Breakfast, staff and services were awesome. We re running of time they were helpful and considerate. Room - very clean. In summary, ecxellent stay at One El Nido Suite!

Warm environment during breakfast should have been air conditioned for comfort.

In general a quite modern place to stay.

The room was quite spacious. The shower and toilet were working properly and toiletries were provided. Air conditioning was working very well. A very nice view from room window to the market place and landscape.

The Wi Fi signal was decent. Two room keys would have come in handy. We had to wait a little longer for the check-in because the room was not ready by 14:00.

Clean, quiet hotel with large, air conditioned rooms with nice bathrooms.

Located a short tricycle ride from town, and a few minutes walk to Corong Corong beach. 15 minutes drive from Lio Airport and Lio Beach.

The closest beach access trail has a large ditch to cross and a bit of barbed wire to step over. The next road/path to beach is a little rough and you have to walk along the busy road for a half block.

Room is clean Food is awesome Housekeeping clean evyrday gave new towels and beach towel provided for the tours Staff are amazing Great to recommend this hotel

Little bit far to beaches but tuktuk is not a problem.

Clean, spacious and decent!

Rooms are spacious, really looks clean with the nice flooring. Great view of the nearby beach! Breakfast is decent Love the art works displayed by the stairs

For the price you pay, they should offer complimentary airport pick up for families traveling, this would make the visit more welcoming and less hassle.

Don't stay there. Overpriced.

- Location is quite central - Friendly staff

- No Internet (during my stay there were 4 days no Internet) and if it is working, only very slow and interrupted - Breakfast is not good (only rice, white bread, one spread every day, some other stuff which looks more expired rather than fresh tbh) - Air condition is loud and a green light in the room is always on (not sure why) - Low water pressure in shower - Rooms very small

Nice hotel, good value for money

Very spacious room! The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

The wifi was fairly poor and didn’t often work, the location wasn’t the best as it was off the main road
