This is a brand new holiday Inn that has. Only been open 1 month. Everything is new and the halls are nice and bright. Not dark. No complaints whatsoever. We stayed here going to Zion and it was about 35 min away. Way cheaper than staying in Springdale. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice and comfortable as it is a new hotel. Breakfast is just like what you get at other motels for free but they put food in fancy bowl and charge you.

This hotel is conveniently close to Springdale and offers much more affordable rates. Check-in was quick, and our room was excellent—clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the availability of snacks. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We travel a lot. Staff was nice. Only issue was the signs said dinner til 10:30 and they cut it at 9:30 pm. We arrived at 10 pm… that would have been nice but luckily they had frozen dinners available. One other thing that bugged me is that they placed a 100$ hold on the card while the sign said 25$ - please be transparent. Property was clean and we would return

The water pressure is non-existent and we all took cold showers during our stay which is a deal breaker. I can tolerate low water pressure to save water but not cold water.

This hotel was clean! I booked it because other reviews indicated it was clean. It really was. The bed was so comfortable especially after hours long of a drive. They have a coffee shop down the street totally good

The property was like a fresh-out-of-the-box gadget, and my significant other was head over heels for the pillows and bed. We faced a dilemma when we realized that the hotel across the street had similar amenities and included breakfast for $50 less. Breakfast for the win, no regrets. The property was advertised as being in Zion, but it's actually a 20 to 30 minute drive away. The property was marketed as being in Zion on Expedia, but it's actually a 20 to 30 minute drive away.

Hotel is so new and clean. Super great to have free electric car charging. A grocery store is down the block for lunch and snacks to take into the park. We even bought a walking staff there. An easy drive to Zion.

This property was very clean. I think the place is semi new. Everything was very nice and clean. Going Zion National Park? this place is great and affordable, only 25 mts away from Springdale( closest town to Zions entrance) but a bit more expensive. This place and location is great. I will definitely stay here again.

The best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. It does make sense because it’s new. We booked this place for 3 nights. Very amazing and kind staff. Our room is very clean. It comes with a convenient mini fridge, coffee maker, and working air conditioner. What I love is how clean this place is. No sign of pests, or dirtiness. This hotel has a laundry, gym, and also a pool/spa. Fascinating! I LOVE the elevators. It smells like a new house, which is the same as the hotel as well! I cannot explain how amazing this place is. They have a restaurant too. People were a bit loud at night, and our AC was too, But that’s alright. I would come back again!

Our air bnb cancelled last minute at 9pm. This hotel saved us! Super clean, pet friendly, comfy beds, great showers and huge TVs. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious
