About this villa rental
Just a few minutes from the small square of Trevignano Romano, sheltered by olive trees and orchards, L'Olivetello is a beautiful manor house on a hill, strategically positioned to admire the striking view of Lake Bracciano.
Equipped with all comforts, including a swimming pool, it was built in the late 1980s to accommodate the days of rest and vacations of a Roman family and their friends, immersed in the greenery of its gardens and the quietness of the landscape.
Today the owners have decided to extend their availability to other guests who wish to share the hospitality of their beautiful home, offering 3 large rooms surrounded by olive and fruit trees, from where to enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
At your disposal is the kitchenette equipped with everything you need. For your car you can take advantage of parking in the yard inside the villa.
Located halfway between Rome and Viterbo, the villa is an excellent starting point for cultural, sports and relaxation trips. In addition to being able to comfortably reach Rome and Vatican City, you can visit the charming atmospheres of the ancient neighboring villages, such as Sutri, Viterbo, Cerveteri, Tarquinia, Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano itself or the fascinating Bracciano Castle.
For those who love sports, there is no shortage of opportunities to test themselves.
In Trevignano it is possible to take sailing and winsurfing courses, rent a canoe, play tennis and horseback riding, or embark on an adrenaline-filled experience with paragliding.
For those seeking relaxation, we recommend the Terme dei Papi in Viterbo, the thermal baths of Stigliano, and the beautiful landscapes of the Tregli Valley or the Tevere-Farfa River Nature Reserve.
A golf club is a few kilometers from the House.
After a day of hiking and sports, you can also choose to relax with an excellent dinner by going down to the village where you will find excellent little restaurants on the lakefront or in the adjacent hills
We look forward to your vacation at Via dell'Olivetello 23, Trevignano Romano and ..... you will not regret it!
