The apartment is furnished with high-quality interiors, skillfully combining vintage and modern styles.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms, both equipped with an electric wardrobe double bed, and each has a kitchenette and living area. There are 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The larger bedroom offers direct access to the communal garden shared with the adjacent apartment.
There are two kitchenettes, one in each bedroom.
One is very basic, equipped with a hob, sink, fridge, and dishwasher.
The larger kitchenette is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and much more.
The charming communal garden offers the opportunity to enjoy the Dolomite sun during the warmer months.
The property is affiliated with the 4-star Mountain Design Hotel Eden Selva, located directly opposite. This allows you, subject to availability, to book additional services at a reduced cost, such as the use of their wellness area, breakfast, dinner, and much more. All this can be booked directly on-site at Hotel Eden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore accessible without stairs. Other services such as the laundry and the ski/bike storage room are only accessible via stairs.
Pets NOT allowed.

Apartments Eden offers fully renovated apartments in 2024, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Selva and a few meters from the Sellaronda.
The location is ideal for any activity, as the center of Selva is about 200 meters from the house, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and more. At this distance, you will also find the first stop of the free buses, allowing you to explore the entire Val Gardena without needing to use your car.
In winter, the location is nothing short of superb for those who wish to ski in the legendary Dolomiti Superski area, as the Sellaronda passes just a few meters from the house, and you can enter it about 200 meters away at the Freina ski lift. The return can be made almost to the front door, using the connecting slope that passes just a few dozen meters away.
In summer, the location allows you to relax and enjoy nature. The Ciampinoi cable car is less than 400 meters from the house. The house is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Selva, and the first hikes start directly in front of the house. You can enjoy the Dolomite sun directly in the charming communal garden.
Tennis enthusiasts will be glad to discover that the covered tennis fields (and also the bowling) are located just beside the house.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
