Overall our stay was great but the check in process was a bit annoying as it’s self check in. The machine only accepts physical credit/debit card and if you don’t have like us, that’s when the issues begin.

The unit doesn’t provide supplies, no kitchen towel, one roll of toilet paper for 5 pp for 3 nights. No coffee pods ( have the machine) or tea bags .no kettle only one pot , all though we didn’t cook , we like our morning coffee or tea to start the day. Very nice location and nice shops around .

MH apartments is a very good option to stay in Barcelona. The apartment is very well located. The neighbor has a lot of restaurants a walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Paseo de Gràcia. We stayed here several times in our visits to Barcelona and the team is always helpful and able to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Great apartment. Spacious. Good location - about a 5-10 min walk to centre so away from hustle and bustle. Also able to walk to all tourist spots. Was on top floor so beautiful view from balcony. Also stunning curb appeal.

It was perfect for the occasion. Maybe a better selection of TV channels for the evening or a smart tv to watch Netflix, etc. Then again, after the day and evening walks and food, a nice hot shower and a comfortable bath is what you really need and it was perfect.

the apartment was just perfect for 4 but could accommodate upto 6 persons. place is close to restaurants and many tourist attractions. My only comment is they should provide cleaning products for the duration of stay not just for one day use. overall the place was quite and clean.

the property was the perfect size for 2 people, the kitchen was fully kitted out with dishwasher and washing machine, there was a hole in the kitchen ceiling which looks like it was made to access some issue, it was next to an access panel which i take it was jammed so it couldn't be used, maybe cover the hole? the front room/diner is the perfect size and functional which included a double sofa bed, the bedroom is at an angle but functional, the en suite bathroom is a perfect size, the shower was brilliant, it looked like a few specks of mould on the tiles above the shower to the right, easily removable if people look up and see it, even with this i would still use this apt again

I enjoyed the location. There were three Metro stations between 3-10 minutes walk. Also, there were multiple options of good quality groceries including a municipal market and small supermarkets around. Taxis were affordable and easy to find. The kitchen was good enough to prepare some meals. Appliances were good they had induction stove. They clean once a week that was ok. You have to buy supplies such as toilet paper, etc. The shower was not clean.

The checkin system via computer is absolutely absurd! Do not stay here if you expect any kind of service for any reason because there is no staff! I needed a blanket for the sofabed which should have been provided but was not & had to do without it! It is not right since the place is not cheap! However, the room is great, comfy beds & very clean

check in machine is not working , luckily when we arrive the reception phone is working. during our stay , the wifi disconnect, and we try to call reception but the phone near check in machine was out of order, we told 2 of tge house keeping staff about the wifi problem , they said they will call back to reception. the wifi never come back till we leave. beside this , everything is good

Nobody to check you in, just a machine, ac took a while to turn on and requested a tech, they didnt show up till the next day. Tried getting a hold of front desk no answer for 24 hours. 2 very small beds make up one bed but they slide apart. Advertised as washer & dryer in unit only washer no dryer. Neighbor hood is ok, Mercado across the street

We are a family of 5, enough beds for all. Very nice decorated and full equiped. The kitchen has everything you need. good maintenance, We found the apartment very clean. We have a great stay ! Definitely if I come back, I´ll stay here again.

Excellent appartment, fully furnished with everything any family would need. Centrally located within walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, La Ramblas and other attractions. Only caution is that there is no reception / concierge on premise therefore check-in was through a kiosk, but easy enough to complete.

Good feeling sensation like you are part of the city, our location was great, the only suggestion maybe the must send you the entry code to the building before ,because the day that we arrive my cel was dead and you need ito call for registration (access) , and then you have to look for a calling card or wait to somebody enters, once inside you a have a phone and its possible to call the office in case you needed .

First off, this is NOT a hotel!! (no front desk, no hotel services) not even a reception desk. Not sure why this would even be listed on this site as such! That is quite confusing regardless of its name "apartments suites," which can actually be taken quite literally, something I didn't pay attention to before hand. You have been warned! That aside, the accommodations are quite superb actually, not bad at all for larger groups! Problem is (checking into this place), you have to dial a # (outside of the building) in order to get someone to open up the place, (if you're a tourist such as myself who does not carry a Spanish cell phone, you have a problem!) then you go to an ATM-like machine in order to obtain an apartment key and once you get to the apartment you need to write in you credit card info on a piece of paper which they'll later collect (as your deposit per instructions). Instructions are written down for you in a manual, good luck connecting to the internet! Their network gave me a lot of problems, there was lots of discrepancies between the instructions and the "actual" connection. The staff here whom I met was super sweet and friendly, the highlight of this place! Willing to be as helpful as possible, however, for a tourist who had never been to Barcelona before, a hotel would have been more appropriate for directions and advice. Hence why it would not earn my recommendation. Barcelona is beautiful, enjoy!

Apartment is conveniently located near the Girona Metro Stop. Good place to stay if you don't want the hustle of crowded areas. It's great for longer stays. It's very close to a market place if you prefer cooking once in a while. I was kind of disappointed that there is no receptionist in the building. You have to call the Reception number and arrange for somebody to check you in. This can take a few hours. If somebody in the building can let you in the front door, there are locked storage spaces where you can put your luggage temporarily. The rooms were very clean. I don't think somebody comes daily to clean it up, though. Overall, the place is good.
