Perfect for multiple couples or large families, this cabin features 6 king bedrooms with multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for adults and kids alike.
Whether you are looking to gather around the campfire to roast marshmallows, warm up by one of the two fireplaces on a chilly evening, watch the kids swing on the playset while you take a soak in the hot tub, shoot a friendly game of pool upstairs, challenge someone to a friendly arcade duel, or make new family memories over a special meal in the kitchen, Timber Hills Lodge is ready to host you for your Broken Bow vacation. Perfect for 3-6 families (sleeps up to 21) to gather and enjoy all that the cabin and Broken Bow have to offer!

Living (sleeps 1): Comfortable seating for 7, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, twin bed nook under stairs.

Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2): King bed, nightstand, dresser, Smart HDTV, window nook in bay window with bench seat, en suite bathroom with double vanity, hair dryer, walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet.

General: Property is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces seasonally available (October-April). Timber Hills Lodge is a 1-2 mile drive from several restaurants, activities, and the Carson Creek entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. The cabin also features a flat, pull-thru driveway for easy in/out boat parking. Contactless check-in/out process provided with enhanced cleaning measures implemented for your safety. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 21, no exceptions.

My family recently enjoyed a nice vacation at this beautiful cabin. The cabin itself wasn't as spacious as the ones we normally book but it exuded a homey feeling that others do not and it was closer to the area with all of the activities. There was a bunkroom that we initially overlooked so that was a nice surprise. Overall, the cabin had everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The house is beautiful! We had a group of 14 adults and felt it was just enough space. It would feel very full with more guests. The property management left something to be desired though. Upon arriving, the door code I was given did not work. After leaving a voicemail, I received a text with a different code a few minutes later, which was great. The big issue was with a busted sprinkler head in the yard, which is irrigated using water from the septic system. I reached out repeatedly to ask if it could be fixed, as it was putting off a terrible sewage smell several times per day- making it unpleasant to be out back on the deck or at the fire pit. Our guests were having to go inside to get away from the smell. The management company repeatedly told me this was normal and supposed to happen, even though I told them the busted sprinkler head was literally laying on the ground next to where the smelly water was shooting up, and the water was going off at the same time as the other sprinkler heads. Hopefully they will actually believe/realize the issue at some point and fix it, because it really put a damper on our stay! We didn’t even bother to ask for help with minor things for our medium-sized group staying for 7 nights, like dishwasher pods, hot tub chemicals, toilet paper, missing fan remote, TV not connecting to WiFi, etc. after management was so unwilling to fix a critical sewage issue. That being said, we still had fun!

this is a great spot for the family to get together. The only negative was the huge potholes in the road leading into the neighborhood. everything else was wonderful!

The property was very nice and clean. We had 19 people so there were two extra beds. Everything worked fine that we used. Some things needed attention. There were several burned out lightbulbs, especially on the front porch. One roll of paper towels - not enough, 2 kitchen trash bags - not enough. Also not enough tissue and dishwashing soap.

Perfect for our group of 4 generations, cousin's and counting. Great house, plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the hideaway room. Lots of trees, felt very secluded. All were very impressed. We will be talking about this vacation rental for years and years.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The cabin was just as nice and beautiful as it looks in the photos! Check in and Check out was very easy and we liked that even though you are close to other cabins it was as quiet as if we were the only cabin on the road! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the property and picked this property because it had lots of big size beds and separate rooms, which is great for a large group of friends to stay and everyone gets their own room. The only issue I had was the hot tub would not heat up over 91 degrees, which felt like luke warm bath water. When I texted the property manager about the issue, they said that it probably won't get much warmer considering it was 49 degrees outside. Which I have been in hot tubs in 10 degree weather and had no issue with it getting hot. They did offer to send someone to come look at it but that it sounded like I already tried everything they suggested and that it wouldn't get hotter. Other than the hot tub we had a great stay and enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable which is always a must!

The instructions were very clear. It was such a cute house. 10/10 would recommend everyone staying here. My only complaint were the bumpy roads but that is out of their control. Other than that it was in a safe neighborhood. It was very quiet and the hosts were very prompt and accommodating. They were so polite. We had such a great time and such a great customer service. Will be making more reservations through marshmallow retreats for sure !! :))

The road getting there was terrible but the home was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for all adult guest since all the bedrooms have king size beds. Plenty of room for a large group

Everything about this home is perfect! Amble space in 6 large bedrooms, all with king size beds, some with extra twins for kids! The roads into the cabin are in very poor repair with many holes, dust, and small lanes for two cars to pass each other. Once you reach the cabin it’s absolutely lovely! Even with the awful roads, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for our family of 10 adults and 9 kids. Lots of options for people to spread out and enjoy their time. Some enjoyed watching football in the living room, while others enjoyed the game room upstairs, or the really nice back deck. The backyard was fun for the kids and the fire pit was enjoyable in the evenings. We made a few outings to the lake and the location was very convenient. Thanks!

The property was more than we imagined. Beautiful location. The only negative thing I can say is the road to the Cabin had deep pot holes and it was very hard to maneuver especially with a boat and trailer. Hopefully the roads will be fixed and then it would be perfect.
