The open-plan living space in this reverse-level home includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV. There are two ground-floor double bedrooms with Smart TVs serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a decking with furniture, two balconies and a communal decking with furniture, along with communal parking. Within 0.8 miles there is a shop and pub. This property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to North Wales with a break at Argoed.

Visitors to this lovely region are spoilt for choice, with stunning Snowdonia, the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, or the sandy beaches of the Isle of Anglesey all within easy reach.
