Ok, aber etwas überteuert.

Gute Lage, man kann von der Unterkunft in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Platz an der Lagune kommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Man fühlt sich in den Zimmern etwas auf dem Präsentierteller und es entsprach nicht dem was ich erwartet hatte was Komfort und Ausstattung angeht. Teilweise waren Kissen und Handtücher fleckig. Preis finde ich daher eher nicht gerechtfertigt.

Medewerkers en kamer zijn top

De kamer die wij hadden was prachtig. Waren onderdeel van 4 nieuwere kamers. De medewerkers deden echt hun best om je te helpen en het naar de zin te maken. Ze hebben een mooi, apart gelegen, privé stuk aan het meer op 3 minuten lopen van de kamers. Zowel.bij zwembad als bij het meer heb je de beschikking over handdoeken van hen. Alles ligt op 5 minuten met de auto van het centrum van Bacalar

Op de foto's doen ze overkomen of ze een volwaardig hotel zijn, echter, zoals vermeld, ligt het deel aan het meer nie direct bij de kamers en is er geen mogelijkheid tot lunch of diner. We waren de enige in het hotel en hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het aangeboden ontbijt. Ook in de avond is er geen mogelijkheid om een drankje of iets te bestellen. Zwembad is aan renovatie toe. Veel mozaïek laat los.

We liked that the rooms were clean.

The rooms and beds were too small. It was very misleading because we thought it was in front of the lagoon. It was very expensive. Value for money was poor.

Superb

Very warm welcome. Very nice and large room (cabana). Good AC and WIFI. Good breakfast which was not included in our arrangement. Extremly good, friendly and helpful employees. A had a flat cartire and was very grateful for their assitance and help. Nice pool. Very nice and well-kept garden/suroundings

The Queen size bed was to small for us two. The mattress is much worn out (sagging in the middleI and has to be replaced. We slept very bad and hat back pain every morning.

Clean and convenient.

the location is good. Walking distance to boat tours. it’s a very short drive to town and the old fort. The staff is friendly and the cook is amazing.

We wanted a view of Laguna Bacalar but our room was on the first floor and didn’t have a view.

I Came for the bathtub and it truly is a blessing. super deep and perfect for a great soak after exploring all of Bacalar. the room was always cleaned to perfection and always a full restock of all the items I had used. I am truly in awe of the level of attention and customs service. he gives the best suggestions of places to go and things to see. and one night he decorated the bathroom for me and created the most relaxing scene I have ever experienced in a hotel. thank you for the love

there seems to be an issue with the hot water in the evenings… this is my only concern. on my last night Saul took the time to boil me water just to fill up the tub so that I could soak. truly a blessing and I am so grateful for his level of caring for the guest here at the hotel.

The property is amazing, and the caring staff make it even better.

Staff were amazing; very attentive, friendly, helpful, and hard-working. They went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, (for example, bringing fresh towels as soon as they saw us approaching the pool), and to provide information about the property and surroundings, restaurants, tours etc. The traditional Mexican breakfast options were also super yummy, and were included in our stay.

It was perfect!

Everything was absolutely nice and clean. Rooms are very big and well decorated, i supposed to stay only 2 nights and extended to 5. Location, staffs and breakfast was excellent. What surprised me was to see a bunch of kittens living hidden under the hotel constructions and instead of scare them away to not get customers annoyed, they were well taken care of.
