With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our home provides ample space for up to 20 guests to relax and unwind. The pool can be heated $100/day per request. Please be aware that the capacity to heat a pool is determined by the outdoor temperatures during the winter months. If temperatures drop below 45°F, the pool heater will cease to effectively warm the pool.
Only the pool or the hot tub can be actively heated at a time, kindly inform us which one you will prefer to have heated.

First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.
Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Please keep in mind that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time. Thank you!
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.
There is one exterior camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
HOUSE RULES:
Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. 4. Shout for help.
5. Pull the child out of the water.
6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.
7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained)
8. No diving in the pool
