HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, max occupancy of 8 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 2 vehicles, parking is only on the paved spots in front of the home. Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am are strictly enforced. The home is in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Tahoe only two miles from the Heavenly Village and less than a mile to the lake! There is a full sized grocery store (Safeway), restaurants, bars, fun activates and shopping all within a mile. A two mile drive (or $15-20 uber ride) will find you to the Casinos, Gondola, and Heavenly Village where all the action is! You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.

We provide linens, towels, and at least a week's worth of starter supplies to get you going. Starter Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, tissues, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge, laundry detergent, and more!

Mid-stay cleaning and supply refresh service is available for an additional fee.
