In the peaceful residential lanes of Mornington, this home has all the hallmarks of a quintessential family escape. Its spacious design includes a cinema, alfresco dining with a BBQ, a fire pit, kids’ play equipment, and a sparkling private pool. Add to this the convenience of being just a 10-minute drive from Mornington Beach and Main Street, lined with cafes and shopping boutiques. Explore the surrounding wineries, relax at Peninsula Hot Springs, and enjoy the views from Arthurs Seat Eagle.
Sitting in the heart of Mornington, this family-friendly home is all about relaxed coastal living. It offers the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, catering to all seasons. From dips in the pool during summer to cosy winter nights roasting marshmallows around the firepit or getting competitive in the games room, there’s plenty to keep you busy.
Entering through the front porch you’ll arrive in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This space flows to a covered terrace, creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. The kitchen is designed around a central island, with plenty of space to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow up at the breakfast bar. Share a meal around the dining table enjoying the Peninsula’s excellent fresh produce. The main living room features a generously sized sofa fronting a TV, but you’ll also find a dedicated theatre room with a cosy fireplace, perfect for creating that ultimate movie night experience.
Each bedroom is well-presented for a good night’s sleep with central air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower, spa bath and double vanity. Two of the remaining bedrooms come with double beds and plenty of space for your belongings. For those travelling with kids, there is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The final bedroom includes a single bed and a large dedicated workspace for those needing to set up their laptop. Refresh within the neat main bathroom, which conveniently includes a separate toilet, and enjoy laundry facilities ideal for longer stays.
