Mariner's Way is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of the beach, local pub, and everything else in Winterton-on-Sea village. It's a modern, detached bungalow which offers a relaxing stay for up to four people in two bedrooms.
The living room has ample seating for four, a wood burning stove and smart TV with Sky. There's a separate dining area in front of the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and there's a modern bathroom with a large shower and a separate WC. A large conservatory opens up into the back garden and is the perfect space to relax with a book or enjoy morning coffee. The garden is fully enclosed, and has a patio as well as a stunning decking area at the bottom of the garden with garden furniture.
Two small-medium dogs are welcome at Mariner's Way at no additional charge and there's an outdoor tap to wash any dirty paws. There's a utility room at the back of the garage with outdoor games and racquets as well as storage space for bikes. Two cars can park on the drive. Please note for security reasons, CCTV operates on the property.
