Includes weight distribution hitch with sway bar. ***Important Notes on Waste tanks **** Black/Grey dumping – Renter towed option: It is the responsibility of the renter to empty both black and gray water tanks with provided hoses prior to your return. If the tanks are not empty upon the return a $100.00 fee will be assessed against the deposit. A portable tank option is available as well to ease dumping during your rental. You are responsible for ensuring all onboard and portable tanks are empty upon return. ***Important Notes on Cleaning **** The trailer must be returned in the same condition as it was when the rental started. Floors swept/mopped, surfaces cleaned, bathroom cleaned and any linens used need to be placed on the sofa. If these things are not completed at time of return a $250 fee will be assessed against the deposit. This is non-negotiable.
