Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was super hot when we arrived and it took 2+ hours to cool down. It wasn’t a big deal since we went out for dinner after arriving. The house was clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We grilled out one evening, but only one burner worked on the grill. We made it work though. Over all wonderful experience, would book again.

Nice property, decent view from the property. Everything worked properly. Could use some better mattress for beds.

This rustic yet beautiful cabin, nestled right beside the majestic pin oaks, walnut and hickory trees, will put your mind at ease, as you admire them from the comfort of the rocking chair on the wrap around porch. Fully furnished, with all you would need except for food /drink. Just show up, relax and enjoy God's beauty! Also a short drive to the historic Harrison's covered bridge. So awesome!

House leaked from upstairs bathtub to bottom bathroom tried for over 1 hr to report problem with no answer. No outdoor trash cans and parking is only for 2 small cars only. Linens for pullout couch not there at all again no answer from any numbers left in house to call for emergencies or needs. The house under new management would be ok but things need to be done by owner to help guest out. Such as trash cans parking is what it is do front bring 2 SUVs or large trucks meaning 2 they will barely fit if they do. Small cars. I was just disappointed that house leaked water I have anxiety so made me very nervous but no one would come to fix it or move us to another home. I again say organizing and better management and better details on the parking is important. The over flow parking is down a very very steep hill that most will not want to walk or can walk. Sorry for the review honestly but there needs to be better communication.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cabin. It was clean and suited our needs for our weekend getaway to the mountains. The quality of the mattresses and the lack of a “real” fireplace where are the reasons we decided to raise this cabin only three stars for the price they are requesting. The fireplace, had an electric insert that did a poor job replicating a actual fire. It did nothing more than fill the space in the vacant fireplace. Had I known this in advance, I probably would not have booked the cabin. Secondly, The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. They even had plastic covers over them making it feel that I was sleeping on a dated mattress.
Not everything in the cabin is dated. The kitchen was upgraded with wonderful appliances granite countertops and very easy to use. The water pressure in the bathrooms were amazing and had hot water every time we had to take a shower. I say this because some cabins I’ve rented in the past did not have the best water heaters.
The porch was very comfortable and the view, all those small you could see the lake. We enjoyed the dining table on the porch where we ate most meals.
The parking situation is exactly as explained in the post. We had two full-size pick up trucks and barely fit. However we did fit so there was not an issue with parking. Two vehicles is an absolute max. There was overflow parking down the hill that we discovered on a walk with the dogs that was not too far and would be convenient if you had more than two vehicles.
The location of the cabin is an area where most all cabins are vacation rentals. Many people in the close proximity of the cabin were very polite and kind. We had no poor experience with anyone in the neighborhood as other have expressed in their review.

An absolutely lovely home! 10/10 would reccomend for a quick weekend getaway from Nashville. The cabin was spotless and decked out for the holidays in December. Perfect location for a relaxing stay.

The parking was for two cars and we barely had space for our one vehicle. There were so many things hooked up on the porch with electrical cords that lights flickered and most lights did not work making it dangerous to come up at night. The comfort of the bed did not exist. My husband had severe back pain after trying to sleep each night. We were cold and could not heat the home up.

The cabin was very nice, although there was a few things that the owner should be aware of. The cushions on the pull out couch had a very strong urine smell, the sheets were very stiff and the beds were hard as a rock. The hot tub was nice but had a brown film floating in it like someone that had a spray tan on was in it. Other than that the cabin was beautiful and it served the purpose for me and my fiancé just to relax for the week.
