About this house rental
This stylish and modern property, managed by Belcanto Villas, is the result of the union of two houses, creating a perfect space to accommodate up to 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. Located in the heart of Torre del Lago Puccini (Viareggio), the house is 2.7 km from the sea and near all essential services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station.
Access to the property is via an electric driveway gate, which leads to a private parking area of 80 m2, equipped with charging for electric vehicles. Each house has its own private garden of 35 m2 (for a total of 70 m2 of white gravel garden), both furnished with a parasol, dining table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. In addition, there is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine.
The internal areas (140 sqm), which are spread over two floors of 2 adjacent houses, offer ample space and privacy, with all the rooms overlooking the gardens. An additional terrace (10 sqm) on the upper floor provides an additional space for relaxation or a study corner.
The combination of modern comforts and the proximity to the beach and services makes this house ideal for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful locations in Tuscany.
Upon request (at an additional cost of 50 euros per stay/per unit) it is possible to have up to 2 cots and/or an additional bed for a tenth/eleventh guest.
Local transport in Torre del Lago is convenient and well served.
The train station (Torre del Lago) is just 100m away and connects with Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, 5 Terre... All splendid locations that can be visited in a day.
The bus stop for Viareggio is near the house.
The electric driveway gate provides privacy and security.
The parking and private gardens are fenced and decorated with fine white gravel and a green area where you can stay under the umbrellas, cook on the barbecues and enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners at 2 tables.
The accommodation is very close to all amenities: tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagent, greengrocer, small store, supermarket, coin-operated laundry, pharmacy, bank, post office...
It's all very convenient and close, for a truly relaxing holiday!
In Torre del Lago there are fine white sand beaches, both equipped with paid bathing establishments and free-entry beaches: they are accessed from the pine forest and from scented dunes of strawberry trees, pine and broom.
There are many nature trails to explore on foot and by bike, including through the Pineta di Migliarino-San Rossore National Park.
For mountain lovers, the Apuan Alps are just a few km away, and offer trails and refuges from which to admire breathtaking views.
These are the main attractions in the surrounding area:
- Viareggio: the Liberty-style promenade from the early 1900s
- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower.
- Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta (known as "Little Athens"): art and entertainment.
- Lucca: the city of 40 churches, surrounded by 4 km of perfectly preserved medieval walls.
- Florence: the cradle of the Renaissance, for art, culture and good food.
- The Cinque Terre: a route that the whole world admires, among villages overlooking the sea.

Torre del Lago is 20 km from Pisa (international airport), 20 km from Forte dei Marmi, 25 from Lucca, 90 from Florence (international airport), 90 from the Cinque Terre.
The LagoMare tennis club, with 4 clay tennis courts surrounded by the pine forest, is only 1 km away. and is easily accessible.
The Golf Course Forte dei Marmi is located about 15 km away.
The Parking is fenced, private, uncovered and can hold 2 cars. The area is also equipped with free parking on all the streets adjacent to the property.
Inside the electric gate, there is the column for charging electric cars. The cost for charging is €0.55 per kWh, to be paid in cash the evening before departure. Please report your usage.
Bicycles (which you can rent in the nearby shop) can be parked safely in the common courtyard beyond the secure electric gate.

In the first house (capacity 6 people) the internal spaces measure 95 square meters and are distributed on two floors: ground and first.
On the ground floor guests have access to a large living room that overlooks the private garden and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (width 140 cm.), a dining table and a kitchenette, complete and well-equipped: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine (pods), pots and pans, dishwasher...
On the floor there is also a nice windowed bathroom with shower (and large shower telephone) and a double bedroom (width 160 cm.).
On the upper floor there is the second double bedroom (width 160 cm.) which has a pleasant view of the private garden.
In the second house (capacity 3 people) the internal spaces measure 45m2. also on 2 floors.
On the ground floor guests have access to a living room which overlooks the private garden and is furnished with a single sofa bed (width 80 cm.), a dining table for 4 people and a small but well-equipped kitchenette: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine (with pods), pots and pans, dishwasher...
On the floor there is also a nice windowed bathroom with shower (and large shower telephone).
The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and here is the double bedroom (width 160 cm.) which has a very pleasant terrace overlooking the private garden, and is furnished with a chair and work table and a comfortable chaise longue armchair for your well-deserved moments of relaxation.
The adjacent apartments are brand new and finely furnished. The floors are all in beautiful wood-effect porcelain stoneware.
All rooms are equipped with independently adjustable air conditioning (hot / cold).
Our opinion: it is the ideal accommodation for 1/2 families or a group of friends who want to spend some good time together in the open air: the gardens are large, well furnished and all to be enjoyed! The tourist town is well served and the sea is easily reachable by bicycle.
