Located 3 blocks from the Gulf and a short walk to dining and shopping, this home is excellently located for a relaxed beach retreat. Guests will love lounging by the pool and taking advantage of the multiple indoor-outdoor living areas.
Built in Old Florida style, this 5-level home epitomizes beachside living. The ground floor boasts a secluded outdoor space with a sparkling pool, loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and 2 patio tables seating 6 total. Inside, discover a game room, full kitchen, and 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds.
Gleaming hardwood floors, plush seating, and pastel blue walls create a serene environment for guests to gather in the main living area on the second floor. The large, open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with an oversized island that seats 4 next to a wine chiller. Steps away, enjoy boisterous group dinners at the 12-seat dining table. On the attached screened-in balcony overlooking the pool deck, curl up with a book on the cushioned porch swing or sip a glass of wine on the patio couch. This level has a primary bedroom with a king bed, reading nook, private bathroom, and access to the porch. This floor also offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
A second primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom is on the third floor, along with 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds—plus an XL twin bed in the hallway.
Discover a kid-friendly room on the fourth floor with 4 twin beds and 2 twin trundles.
Continue upstairs to indulge in a drink on the rooftop deck while taking in the sunset.
Mississippi Queen’s gorgeous outdoor living areas, private pool, and quick beach access make it an idyllic Seagrove Beach escape. Easily explore the area thanks to on-site parking and 7 complimentary adult bikes. For beach access, Dogwood-Thyme Beach is a quick 6-minute walk. Take Forest Street east and turn right on Dogwood Street. At East County Highway 30A, turn left. The beach access will be on the right. Book today!
