Estancia Villa María is presented as the best setting to live or enjoy a weekend house. The room has in its historic center, a superb rural palace of Tudor-Norman style that was built in 1927 by the prestigious architect Alejandro Bustillo, and that today functions as a boutique hotel.
Distinguished by numerous international publications such as Travel & Leisure and listed in the "Top 10 Traditional Hotels" and "Best Of List" by Forbes Traveler, it is surrounded by an exceptional 74-hectare park that includes a lake and more than 300 species planted by landscaper Benito Carrasco.
Equestrian Club :
At the Villa María Riding Club, children and adults are taught, from 3 years of age, to make contact with the world of horses, from handling to the knowledge of grooming and care and its main objective is to teach how to ride correctly, which is the basis of all equestrian discipline: jumping, training and Polo, among others.
The activity offers various benefits and development possibilities to its students, among which physical, psychological, educational and social aspects can be mentioned. The Equestrian Club has Riding instructors from the Argentine Equestrian Federation and Riding Instructors from the International Equestrian Federation. Recognized professionals who have been in charge of the formation of several equestrian units of important places throughout the country.

She was recently awarded as "Argentina´s Best Golf Development" by the CNBC and The New York Times, and is the star protagonist in the south-west area of the development.
It was designed by the Maurer Studio and has 7,250 yards (18 holes), a careful layout of the Fairways and a strategic conception in the location of the Hazards and Bunkers. Under the professional advice of Eduardo and Andrés Romero, the Estancia Villa María golf course promises to be one of the best in all of Buenos Aires.

The Estancia Villa Maria Polo Club is a high-performance center, with four professional polo fields, a training track, a taqueo court, stables, a polo school, polo practices throughout the year and a Polo Lounge Sector. The Club is designed for both high-competition training and for low-handicap players looking to improve their game.
Estancia Villa María is located in the Ezeiza district, just 45 minutes from downtown Buenos Aires on the Ezeiza-Cañuelas highway, and 10 minutes from Canning, the fastest growing town in the South, with access to cinemas, restaurants, offices and shopping malls.
The project has 2 accesses, one on Av. Castex KM 9.5 (formerly Route 52) from the center of Canning, which allows you to be in the center of this commercial area in just a few minutes. This access is located on the privileged "Green Corridor: Route of the Good Life."
