About this house rental

SEA'S THE DAY is a spacious 2 storey, 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests and has distant sea views from the balcony. Free Wifi!

UPSTAIRS

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove top and oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods).  Dining with, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining table/chairs, living area with smart TV, 2 seater and 3 seater lounges plus 1 single chair, coffee tables, access to balcony with outdoor setting.

Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c.

Separate 2nd w/c and vanity

DOWNSTAIRS:

Living area with Smart TV, 2 seater and 3 seater lounges, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Main bathroom with vanity, shower & w/c.

3 bedrooms.

Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough, iron/ironing board.

Access to undercover rear verandah with outdoor setting and 4 burner flat top gas BBQ. 

fish can be cleaned at the provided fish cleaning facility at the boat ramp/jetty.

Plenty of parking for cars and boats

Bed configuration - Upstairs - bed 1 - KB.     Downstairs - bed 2 - DB, bed 3 - 2 x bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for adults), bed 4 - QB.

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels.

Please note: If you don't have king bed top/bottom sheets let office staff know and they can be hired for $35 -you will still need to take pillow cases and all other necessary guest linen - this linen hire charge will be added manually by office staff when processing your booking.

Garage not for use

PLEASE NOTE: As this property relies on rain water - washing of your boat is not permitted.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$275 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$250 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$225 per night

Bond may increase during peak season
