The apartment could have hardly been better than we expected. Since we were 2 couples staying 5 nights, the apartment was super spacious, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen was fully set for anything you may need (even with a dishwasher, washing machine and a drier!) and the living room area provided for some great evening movie watching all together after the day of exploring.
Location was in a quite safe and calm neighbourhood, even if the train tracks are right next to the building, we barely heard any sounds at all. There is also a very safe and spacious parking garage in the building, which was a must-have for us traveling by car.
We also made good use of a fully equipment gym(!) in the building and, while it was November, we were quite tempted to also try the pool and the jacuzzi (next time, perhaps).
If we were to come back to LA for more than a night's stay with friends, we would surely go directly to this apartment.
Perhaps it's a comment to the cleaning staff who prepares it between guests, but we didn't find the apartment to be very clean when we checked in... some hair left here and there, some crumbs not cleaned from the table tops or floors... it wasn't much or super uncomfortable, but enough to notice and clean ourselves.
Also, a couple of extra plates/bowls/forks would be nice to have as we had 3 of pretty much everything while the apartment accommodates 4 persons. Not an issue for sure, you can use plastics plates, different sized bowls for common meals, but for sure it would be nice to have a few extra.
