The indoor and outdoor spaces in this beautifully appointed luxury home flow effortlessly with hardwood timber floors throughout. Entry level offers a double room with an abundance of natural light and a private courtyard space. The middle level opens to the abundant living, dining, and kitchen space where the stunning water views continue as you step onto the wrap around balcony. The gourmet kitchen provides ample luxury comforts – Miele appliances, double dishwashers, double ovens and large double door fridge. A king bedroom with expansive views out over the bay and balcony access gives space to retreat after a day exploring the area. A second large queen room has a window bench seat and generous natural light.

As you head downstairs you will find another generous entertaining space and second lounge room with bi fold windows to immerse yourself in the water views beyond. This space holds a sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The generous outdoor terrace offers a sweeping hardwood deck, BBQ and lawn area.
