ROSE Vacances offers you this magnificent, tastefully renovated house, just a stone's throw from the shops and attractions of Les Sables d'Olonne.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to 13 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
The accommodation is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the popular Arago district and not far from the main beach, pedestrian streets and all the shops in Les Sables d'Olonne town centre. You can do it all on foot or by bike!
This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends!
The accommodation comprises a spacious, light-filled living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen, featuring a large sofa, coffee table, dining area with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal, and a lovely wooden terrace for summer evenings.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, X4 induction hob, etc.
Off the kitchen is a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus plenty of storage space and a separate WC.
Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a desk and a large cupboard, and a second bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a large cupboard.
There is a shower room with a shower, a washbasin with cupboard, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
Outside, you can enjoy a pretty wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha. Perfect for a barbeque after a day on the beach, there's also a pretty garden and petanque area down below!
You'll find a second sleeping area, accessible from the garden, comprising a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds and a 90cm single bed (5 single beds) and an en-suite shower room with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washbasin with storage unit, WC. There is another bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a studio with a double bed and en-suite shower room.
You can park your car in front of the house, otherwise there is free parking in the street.

12 minutes' walk from the main beach in Les Sables d'Olonne.
15 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station and the pedestrianised streets of Sables d'Olonne.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a ‘late arrival’ package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
