In the heart of the mountains of Charlevoix, the MIR-3 imposes itself by its architecture and its abundant fenestration on the nature of this region. Its design and construction were carried out by your hosts, architect and building engineers. Oasis of relaxation and tranquility, we welcome you for your comfort. The partially covered terrace overlooks the St-Lawrence River and Île-aux-Coudre! It is equipped with a BBQ, tables and chairs in acacia wood. Its Adirondack chairs are ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink! The 4 season outdoor spa, protected by the large terrace, offers moments of relaxation whatever the weather. The main living room and dining room, largely fenestrated have cathedral ceilings in knotty pine. The living room is equipped with a propane fireplace and a flat screen TV 50 ' Hardwood floors on both floors. The second living room on the ground floor, is equipped with a large modular leather, a flat screen TV 50 '' with sound system, a blu-ray dvd player, a poker table for 8 people, as well as a pool table, allows you to have fun! Region rich in outdoor activities, art and culture, local products and hotspot, your stay with us, will make you fully enjoy this beautiful region! To rent this chalet, the signatory must be at least 25 years old and be present during the stay.
