Situated alongside Booth Creek and bordering National Forest land, the property ensures privacy while being just five minutes from Vail Village. Key features include extensive outdoor living spaces and a private, full-floor primary suite.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and opens into the dining area and living room, which features a fireplace. Outdoor patios, complete with heated seating, provide additional space for relaxation and entertaining. The primary suite occupies the top floor and includes an ensuite and private office. Additional bedrooms, including a guest suite, are designed for comfort and privacy, with large windows showcasing the natural surroundings.
Booth Creek Hideaway is minutes from Vail Ski Resort, offering convenient access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, enjoy hiking on Booth Lake Trail, biking along the Gore Valley Trail, or fishing in Gore Creek. Vail Village, known for its dining, shopping, and wellness options, is nearby. WHAT WE LOVE

- Elevator in home.
- Private estate only 5 minutes from Vail Village.
- Ski Parking included in Vail Village for up to two cars.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 4.
- There are two parking spaces available in the heated garage, with room for two more cars on the driveway.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
