There's plenty of couches and footstools to put your feet up. Need extra sleeping space? No problem! The sofa bed awaits. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and cooling and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Plus, our fast-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

The games corner gives every age an exciting board or card game or if you'd like a quieter challenge, there's plenty of books to enjoy. We also have a pool table, dartboard and giant outdoor chess and noughts and crosses .

The kitchen provides a double sink, microwave and beautiful 900ml stainless steel gas/electric oven with grill and five burners including wok-ring for those perfect stir-fries. The cupboards are stocked with glasses/mugs, water jugs, platters and other kitchenware, and there's plenty of bench space to prepare your culinary creations to enjoy together. Why not try your cocktail making skills in the cocktail corner and serve some new mixes in the wine and cocktail glasses. There's also USB charging points for quick charging so your device doesn't go flat while looking up those recipes!

The walk-in pantry provides additional meal preparation space with stylish coffee pod machine, sandwich toaster, rice cooker and other appliances, including complimentary coffee, coffee pods, tea, sugar, hot chocolate and yummy snacks to enjoy with your cuppa!
