Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is space for parking on our driveway at the rear of the property. The historical landmark "Dolly Peel Statue" is a 3 minutes walk from our home. Our property is just a short distance from local amenities with Asda Supermarket just a few minutes drive away, parks, and the stunning South Shields coastline.

Excellent transport links make commuting to nearby towns and cities effortless. South Shields Town centre is a 5 minute drive and a 13 minute walk from our property. Additionally, Newcastle & Sunderland can be reached by car in under 25 minutes and public transport in under 50 minutes.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
