About this cabin rental
The cabin offers a full wrap-around deck, on-property hiking trail and unique extras including tree house, frog pond and camping cabin.
There are no other cabins visible and the only sounds are wildlife and nature. Everything you would hope for in a getaway cabin is available at Wildcat. The pictures only offer a guide, you have to see the cabin and property in person to really appreciate the beauty and serenity it provides. We have a whole house generator! You won't lose power while staying at this cabin.
The cabin has 4 private bedrooms. The main floor bedroom is a queen bed. Upstairs has a bedroom with queen and twin and a separate bedroom with King bed. The lower level functions as a secondary living room and bedroom. There is a full bed in this area, along with couch and TV. The main floor living room also has a pullout sofa that is a queen. In total, the cabin has 6 beds- King, 3 queen, full and twin.
Lower level is also a walkout. This allows for entry into the cabin on the parking (ground) level.
You will need to use steps, either interior or exterior, to access the main floor and second floor. Approximately 16 steps with a landing to the first floor. 14 steps with a landing to the second floor. Interior steps are carpeted. Exterior are wood.
Hot tub is located under a decked canopy and is located on ground level, directly outside the walkout.
The Retreat at Wildcat Hollow is a peaceful and private log cabin located in the heart of Hocking Hills State Park region. This cozy retreat offers the following highlights: 6 person hot tub, wood burning fireplace and wrap around deck. Inside the main cabin you will find a great layout and comfortable environment. The interior of the cabin is a nice mix of rustic and modern, offering all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Guests love the wood burning fireplace and the lower level TV room, which is a great hang out space. The exterior of the cabin offers a full wrap-around deck that has a tremendous amount of space. There are sitting areas on all sides, with great views. The firepit is just steps away from the deck and the on- property hiking trail, camping cabin and frog pond offer a diverse selection of interesting places to visit while you are visiting. And we have an awesome 6 person hot tub, located under a covered porch, allowing for enjoyable use anytime of the day or year.
The cabin offers 4 private bedrooms, allowing for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Cabin has a whole house generator! So no loss of power when staying, which is a common issue in our area. Certificate # 00808
