Discover this enchanting middle floor 1-bedroom gem in Sugar Mountain Resort! This cozy heated condo has a true cabin feel with beautiful finishes that will make you feel at home, forgetting you are in rental. The nice sized bedroom features a brand new queen bed with a heated mattress pad and a quilted bedspread that will keep you toasty warm. The six drawer dresser, nightstand and closet provide plenty of space for your belongings. You can even watch tv in bed! There is a queen sofa bed with a down mattress topperin the living room, if you choose to sleep in front of the very warm and realistic fireplace. No dealing with hauling wood or concerns about gas! Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, streaming channels, an eight foot live edge bar, games, and plenty of candles for ambiance. A wall of windows and a sliding glass door to the deck provide access to a wonderful place to relax. The bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combination, a new toilet, new sink and cabinets, and more. Photos of renovations to come! The towels are soft and fluffy! Shampoo, condition, soap, lotion, and a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, a regular coffee pot, a Keurig, nice dishes, lots of utensils, pots and pans, spices, coffee filters, paper towels and other necessities you won’t need to buy! The eat in nook has a large window to view the beautiful private woods. If you're hitting the slopes, you can walk out the door, up the stairs in the parking lot, put on your skis and ski right to the slopes! You can snowshoe to right across the street and into the J. Douglas Williams Preserve. Sledding and ice skating are close enough to walk to, as well! This wonderful retreat is the perfect home base for all your adventures. The town of Banner Elk is only a couple of miles away with great restaurants and activities! I hope you enjoy what my place and Sugar Mountain have to offer.
