About this house rental
Summerlin center where luxury & comfort come together. Approach the house to see a landscaped yard, featuring a the elegance within. 4 queens & a king. An inviting interior boasts numerous upgrades. The carpet upstairs provides a plush & cozy feel, while the 2-tone paint & 4" baseboards add a touch of sophistication. Don't forget a sparkling pool & spa. Id, lease required and guest pays power/gas deposit (30day+ only). Realtor Barb Eagan of Limestone Investments manages many different homes.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The other 4 bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. Enjoy the backyard, pool and spa.
You have got the entire awesome house inside and out. No subleasing.

Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this job.
You need a car
No parties, no smoking must clean grill, stove and dirty dishes.
House must be left in good condition. Stove, ovens, grills cleaned and pet waste must be removed to get deposit returned. Lease and ID required. Must be 25 to book. READ manual spa directions so you don't heat pool. That costs up to $2000 to you.
