Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
🐾 Pets:
- Only potty-trained dogs older than 1 year are allowed.
- Please make sure your dog is well-behaved and cleaned up after.
- For the comfort of all, please cover sofas and furniture with a doggy blanket.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- Pets incur a small fee.
🔥 Propane Tank:
- We do have a spare propane tank available. If you need to exchange an empty one, there’s a nearby location for that. Any fees for exchange will be reimbursed with a receipt.
🚫 House Rules:
- No parties, no events, and no additional guests beyond the number specified in your booking (max 10 guests).
- Smoking inside is prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the house and neighbors during these hours. The backyard must be completely quiet during this time.
💬 Important Note:
- If noise complaints are received due to violation of quiet hours, authorities will be contacted, and you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Absolutely no exceptions.
🏠 Property Details:
- We have a smart lock system and a lockbox installed next to the entry door for easy access.
- Ring cameras are installed for your safety, monitoring the front courtyard (with audio recording).
- The living room features a 70” TV with Roku, Netflix, and standard cable for your entertainment.
- Every room is equipped with its own TV.
- We offer ample parking: 3 spaces in the garage and 3 additional spots in the driveway (no street parking allowed).
