* The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners'.

All spaces are available with the exception of one supply closet in the garage.

It will be an easy virtual check-in, the home comes with a key pad at the from door but the owner will also be available for any questions or help via the Airbnb app.

Eastlake is a top area in Seattle to be, quite, safe, and centrally located to the University of Washington, Fred Hutch hospital, downtown Seattle, South Lake Union. Bellevue/Kirkland are a short 20 minutes away as well.

You may park on our premises, behind the garage, where one car will fit. There is street parking available as well but it is 2 hours max.

- 3rd sleeping space is being transformed into a true bedroom. There is currently a quality queen air mattress with a comfy new mattress and bed frame coming soon!
- We have a play pen for guests with small children and a baby gate.
- Fireplace is currently non-working, but we are working on it!
