This location is perfect for parents with children at Belmont or Vanderbilt, groups coming to Nashville for the first time, musicians coming to record an album, and business travelers. Music Row is the vibrant heart and soul of Music City, where you might find the CMA headquarters, catch a glimpse of celebrities enjoying a coffee, or see Belmont students mingling at their favorite spots.

Walk to delicious restaurants such as Sadie's (Mediterranean, great for lunch & brunch), Bella Napoli (one of the best pizzas in Nashville), Barcelona (tapas bar, dinner only plus brunch on weekends), or the famous Hattie B's Hot Chicken - Midtown. Sip a cocktail at Old Glory (speakeasy bar) or atop the roof of the Virgins Hotel. Shop at one of Edgehill’s many clothing stores. Guest needs to sign a rental agreement before check-in to receive door codes. You will find a summary of the rental agreement below:
- A guest portal link will be sent to guests after booking. Guests must refer to their guest portal for available upsells, listing descriptions and access, and policies.
- The building does not allow pets
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- On-site Parking is available free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Additional free street parking and paid parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 12 people allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
